Right of first refusal
If the dwelling continues to be rented out after the agreement expires, the tenant has a right of first refusal for one year, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
The landlord must notify the tenant of this right with at least three months’ notice. The tenant must respond within 30 days.
Special provisions
If special provisions are agreed upon, they must be stated in the lease agreement.
It is not permitted to agree on special provisions that conflict with the law.
