Create and register lease agreement

Right of first refusal

• If the dwelling continues to be rented out after the agreement expires, the tenant has a right of first refusal for one year, unless otherwise specifically agreed.

• The landlord must notify the tenant of this right with at least three months’ notice. The tenant must respond within 30 days.

Special provisions

• If special provisions are agreed upon, they must be stated in the lease agreement.

• It is not permitted to agree on special provisions that conflict with the law.
