Evaluation and allocation
The Expert Council evaluates applications and assigns scores in accordance with the evaluation criteria. The Board of Eyvör NCC-IS receives the ranking of applications and decides on the allocation of grants. The Minister of Infrastructure confirms the allocation based on the list provided by the Board.
The following factors form the basis for the evaluation of applications:
Impact and innovation of the project.
Quality and cost-effectiveness.
Project management.
Staff training, cooperation, and whether the applicant falls under the definition of critical infrastructure.
All applicants will be notified whether they have been awarded a grant or not. The aim is for allocation results to be published on My Pages at Rannís within two months after the application deadline.
