Information to Include
The required information depends on the value of the items. You should provide:
A precise description of the item, such as its model, color, size, and other identifying features.
Where and when it was lost or stolen.
How the incident occurred, if known.
Photos, receipts, or serial numbers, if available.
If you have recordings or information about other witnesses, it can also be helpful.
Police Lost and Found
If you think your valuables were simply lost and not stolen, they may have been turned in to the police's lost and found.
