Pension payments are cancelled:

• when the detention period has reached 120 days,

• the first day of the month following the start of the sentence.

You can apply for:

• Temporary extension of your pension payments.

• Daily allowance when staying outside an institution for 7 days or more.

Pensions to resume

When the sentence is completed, the pension payments from TR will resume from the first day of the month of discharge.

When a sentence is served at a placement centre, like Vernd, or with electronic monitoring, the pension payments resume if the right to them is still available.

When a sentence ends, begins at a placement centre or is conducted under electronic supervision, confirmation must be received from the Prison and Probation Administration to the TR before payments are resumed.
