Instructions for sellers

When adequate information has been provided the seller is invited to review the case and file his response to the complaint.

The procedure is primarily electronic and takes place through the Complaints Board’s web portal. The seller’s response and supporting documents must be submitted through the portal.

If the seller wishes to submit a response by email, the response and supporting documents must be sent to kvth@kvth.is.
