Advisors at Sjónstöðin help to find a solution to problems related to visual impairment.

Work and activity counselling

Education and career advisors at Sjónstöðin give advice on education and career choices, continuing education, and assist in the writing of resumes and cover letters.

Recreation

Support for leisure time is tailored to the needs of the child, family and leisure time supervisors and takes age and visual impairment into account.

Older citizens

All blind and visually impaired seniors are provided with assessment, instruction and allocation of assistive devices.
