The cardiology team provides all general and acute services for children with heart diseases in all departments of the Children's Hospital.

Pediatric Cardiologists

• provide advice and examine children who require the services of the Hringur Children's Hospital due to suspected heart diseases or other illnesses affecting the heart and circulation.

• are in good collaboration with the Fetal Diagnostics Unit of the Department of Women's Health and perform numerous fetal echocardiograms, in addition to providing counseling regarding heart problems during pregnancy.
