The Sterilization Department is responsible for sorting, packaging, and sterilising all instruments used in the hospital’s operating theatres, as well as packaging and sterilising all instruments used throughout the hospital.

The department also carries out production, i.e. preparing specific sets that are specially designed for particular procedures and tasks.
