Landspítali conducts an annual patient service survey among patients who have been admitted to the hospital. The purpose of the survey is to gather information about patients’ experiences of and views on the hospital’s services, and to use the results to improve services and patient safety.

The survey is sent by mail to a selected group of participants and is therefore not open to the general public. Individuals who have received an invitation to participate can access the survey using the password provided in the letter.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
