What is Icebio?

ICEBIO is a registry system that monitors treatment outcomes with biologic medicines in patients with rheumatic diseases. It is based on:

• The purpose of systematic registration is to ensure the safety and quality of medication treatments for patients with rheumatic diseases.

• Standardized and thorough documentation helps guide treatment decisions and improves monitoring of side effects.

• Patients at the rheumatology outpatient clinic complete an Icebio questionnaire in the Landspítali app (under Communication) before their doctor’s appointment.
