Service
Rehabilitation at the Grensás Day Unit is intended for patients who require multidisciplinary training with at least two or more therapists simultaneously.
Most patients are admitted to the Day Unit following a stay in an inpatient ward
Others come from various hospital departments or directly from home.
Practical information
A light lunch is available at midday. There are also vending machines in the cafeteria.
Facilities for rest are available.
Each patient is provided with a personal locker.
Patients are responsible for managing their own medication.
Patients who use specialised products, such as urinary catheters or stoma supplies, must bring these from home.
Patients are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from Grensás. Assistance with applying for transport services can be provided by a social worker.
It is best to apply in good time, as processing of applications takes several days.
