The Lung Department specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and nursing of patients with acute and chronic respiratory problems.

The Pulmonary department is available for:

• Patients with acute lung problems

• Individuals with chronic lung disease

• Those who struggle with other respiratory problems

• Patients in need of treatment and nursing

The department does:

• Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic lung diseases as well as other diseases

• Nursing and monitoring of patients with serious problems, especially breathing problems

• Specialized supervision in the high-care setting for highly ill patients who require intensive monitoring

About the department

• 19 beds inpatient ward, 9 rooms with telephones and two specially equipped intensive care units

• Most patients come from emergency departments or intensive care units

• The length of the patient stay may be both long and short depending on the event.
