The Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (32C) is a 10-bed inpatient ward that provides specialized care for individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms. The unit serves patients from across the country.

10 private rooms divided into two gender-separated wings.
A secure area available only when a patient requires treatment in a low-stimulation environment.
Spacious design with three common rooms, a relaxation room, an activity room, and a recreation room, fostering a calm, safe, and supportive atmosphere.
Treatment Approach
Personalized treatment planned collaboratively between the multidisciplinary care team and the patient.
Evidence-based knowledge and principles of mental health care are at the forefront. The ward follows the “Safewards” model which provides a holistic framework for nursing and management on psychiatric wards.
Family involvement is encouraged, with support available for close relatives throughout the treatment process.
