Equipment pick-up

Please note that equipment requests are handled only by phone or email, and items are to be picked up from security guards between 16:00 and 22:00 in Fossvogur.
Secretaries cannot hand out products directly from the department unless this has been arranged in consultation with the department staff.

• Orders are held by security staff for two business days. If the order is not collected within this time, the equipment will be returned and a new order must be placed.

• Customers living outside the capital area will receive the items delivered free of charge.

• Customers living in the Reykjavík capital area may either collect the items on site or request delivery for an additional shipping fee, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
