Landspítali’s human resources are the hospital’s most important asset and the foundation for outstanding healthcare services.
The Human Resources Policy supports the role, future vision and values of the hospital.
The aim of the policy is to create an attractive workplace and a shared vision for how Landspítali attracts, develops and retains qualified staff.
At Landspítali, the patient is always our foremost priority. To ensure high-quality services and patient safety, we support our staff and foster professionalism, wellbeing and welfare.
