Receipt of an application

When the application is received, you will receive confirmation with a number. Use this number in any subsequent communication with the committee.

Communication with the committee.

The investigator is responsible for all communication with the ethics committee. If another member of the investigative group takes up this role, the investigator must still be an intermediary in formal communication.

Committee meetings

The ethics committee usually meets every three weeks. To make your application on the agenda for the next meeting, it must be received at least one week before the meeting, usually before 16 am on Thursday.
