The program is 12 months long, and the teaching methods are a mix of:

• Traditional lectures

• Workshops

• Practical sessions

• Working with a supervisor or mentor to develop and implement an idea

• Masterclasses with experts and leaders in innovation

Medical residents can complete the program alongside their residency.

To complete the program, you must:

• Participate in mandatory lectures

• Submit a project completed under supervision

• Present a final project at the closing ceremony

• Create a web presentation for the Landspítali website
