The Gynecology Department 21A provides both outpatient and inpatient care for women with acute gynecological conditions and those requiring surgery for benign or malignant diseases of the pelvic region and breasts.

Main Procedures Performed

• Laparoscopic surgery

• Abdominal surgery

• Hysterectomy (removal of the uterus)

• Surgery for bladder, rectal, or uterine prolapse

• Termination of pregnancy and dilation and curettage (D&C)

• Breast procedures, including lumpectomy, mastectomy, and breast reconstruction

• Other interventions under general anesthesia
