The Depression and Anxiety Team is a multidisciplinary outpatient team that provides diagnosis and treatment for severe anxiety and depressive disorders when milder treatments have not been effective.

Diagnosis and Treatment
Anxiety Disorders: Severe anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety disorder, health anxiety, panic disorder with or without agoraphobia, body dysmorphic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder.
Depression: Severe and recurrent depression that significantly impacts quality of life.
Assessment of Complex Mental Health Conditions
Specialized evaluation and differential diagnosis to determine the most appropriate treatment.
Post-Discharge Treatment – "Building Bridges" Program
Provides continued support for individuals recently discharged after hospitalization due to suicide risk, depression, or anxiety disorders.
Treatment includes support group sessions twice a week and individual consultations. Family support is also available for clients who have children under the age of 18.
The average duration of stay is three weeks, with the possibility of continued services if needed.
