Services

Anticoagulation Services

The anticoagulation service supports patients on blood-thinning treatment.
It includes blood tests, monitoring, and dosage adjustments of anticoagulant medication.
Medical laboratory technologists and nurses primarily manage the treatment.
Patients must also have regular follow-up with their GP or specialist, as the treatment carries some risk.

Phone numbers and availability

You are always welcome to call during service hours for information about your dosage, INR results, and when to test and dose next. If a patient has not received their dosage information, staff will call no later than the following day.
