The main tasks of Quality and Supervisory Authority of Welfare are to:
Develop quality criteria based on the best possible knowledge of policy areas in the Institute's project area.
granting individual licenses and monitoring compliance with the conditions of individual licenses
Monitor the quality of services and perform other regulatory tasks.
receiving and processing complaints from service users
collecting information, keeping records, and processing information from those subject to the control of the Agency
Perform other tasks assigned to the Agency as determined by the Minister.
Issue licenses from the Government Agency for Child Protection and the Quality and Control Agency for Social Services and Child Protection.
Supervisory obligations of others
All service providers subject to the supervision of the Welfare Quality and Inspection Authority shall provide services in accordance with the provisions of the welfare system's standards.
active internal control of their activities
The Quality and Supervisory Authority of Welfare oversight does not replace the oversight entrusted to other authorities by law and thus does not relieve other authorities of the filter's obligations to monitor government activities, regardless of whether the activity is carried out by the authority.
