Inspections by GEV's initative
Quality and Supervisory Authority of Welfare (GEV) monitors the quality of services. The monitoring may be regular, based on risk assessment, or triggered by specific reasons, indications, or information received by the institution regarding complaints.
The GEV initiative's inspection process begins with obtaining all information and data considered necessary for the Authority's supervision.
GEV sends a notification to service providers about initiating an initiative control.
Meets with service providers.
Data collection is carried out, e.g., by field observations, interviews, questionnaires, or other methods that are considered best suited to each situation. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that users of services get the opportunity to express their views.
Data analysis and reporting.
Issue a report or extracts from it. If necessary, the institution will make recommendations for improvements within a specific time frame.
