About the Supervisory
The Quality and Supervisory Authority of Welfare (GEV) became operational on January 1st, 2022, and monitors the quality of various social services provided based on the Acts listed in Article 1 of Act No. 88/2021.
The aim is that the service under GEV supervision is safe and secure and in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, rules, contracts, and guidelines.
While GEV operates independently, it is accountable to the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Labour Market for its actions and decisions.
