The Directorate of Equality wishes to inform users that the Embla pay analysis tool will be discontinued on 1 October.

A new service and data management system has now been implemented by the Directorate of Equality. Among other functions, it supports employers in reporting on the gender pay gap in accordance with new reporting requirements.

The new system will streamline communication with the Directorate of Equality and provide a single platform for data submission, information sharing, and follow-up in relation to employers’ mandatory reporting obligations concerning the gender pay gap.

The implementation of the new system marks an important step toward more efficient, secure, and user-friendly administration of gender pay gap reporting.
