Measuring workload in child protection services
In Gothenburg, a procedure has been developed to measure workload in child protection services. The measurement records workload for each employee so that the supervisors get a better overview of the situation in the workplace, and the changes over a certain period of time. The method measures workload, but is not a measure of the quality of work.
