Date and Time
Date of Sealing, Completion of Loading or Departure
If the cargo security declaration is for:
a loaded container or trailer, enter the date when it was sealed.
loose cargo or cargo loaded by pump, enter the date when loading was completed.
an empty container or empty containers, enter the departure date.
The current date is displayed by default.
If sealing, loading or departure took place on a different date, the cargo security officer must change the date. Click the displayed date and select the correct date from the calendar.
Time of Sealing, Completion of Loading or Departure
If the cargo security declaration is for:
a loaded container or trailer, enter the time when it was sealed.
loose cargo or cargo loaded by pump, enter the time when loading was completed.
an empty container or empty containers, the field is labelled Tími brottfarar and should be left blank.
The time when the cargo security declaration was opened on the website is displayed by default.
If sealing or loading was completed at a different time, the cargo security officer must change the time. Click the displayed time and select the correct time in the window that appears.
