    16. Vehicle Registration Number

    If the cargo security declaration is for:

    • a loaded container or trailer, the cargo security officer signing the declaration must also enter the registration number of the vehicle that transported the container or trailer into the port’s restricted area.

    • loose cargo or cargo loaded by pump, do not enter a vehicle registration number.

    • empty containers, do not enter a vehicle registration number.

    17. Place and Date – Cargo Security Officer

    The cargo security officer who signs and is responsible for the cargo security declaration enters the place and date of signing here.

    18. Place and Date – Carrier or Port Security Officer

    The carrier or port security officer enters the place and date when the cargo, ready and prepared for export in accordance with the cargo security rules, is received.

    19. Confirmation by Cargo Security Officer

    The cargo security officer responsible for the cargo security declaration signs the declaration here.

    20. Confirmation by Carrier or Port Security Officer

    The carrier or port security officer signs the cargo security declaration here when receiving cargo that is ready and prepared for export in accordance with the cargo security rules.
