About the Cargo, Place of Loading and Country of Destination

Gross Weight in kg

If the cargo security declaration is for:

• a loaded container or trailer, the gross weight entered can be up to 45,000 kg.

• loose cargo or cargo loaded by pump, the gross weight entered can be up to 99,999,999 kg.

• empty containers, do not enter a gross weight.

Place of Loading

If the cargo security declaration is for:

• a loaded container or trailer, enter the place where the container or trailer was sealed.

• loose cargo or cargo loaded by pump, enter the place where the ship was loaded.

• an empty container, enter the name of the port where the container was loaded onto the ship.

If the place of loading is a port, it is sufficient to enter the name of the port. Otherwise, enter the full address of the place of loading.

Country of Destination

Select the country of destination from the drop-down list.

Description of Goods

Enter a simple description of the goods.

For empty containers, the description is retrieved automatically from the cargo security system and entered in the description field.
