What do I do if the electronic change of ownership of a car didn't go through but payment was made?
If the electronic change of ownership does not go through, e.g. because the buyer rejects the registration or does not consent within 7 days, the Financial Management Authority will refund the seller to a relevant account (Please note that the amount will not be refunded to the card that was used for the payment).
