Is it possible to cancel an electronic change of ownership for a car/vehicle?
Both the buyer and the seller can reject the change of ownership if it has not already been completed. Once the change of ownership is completed, it is not possible to cancel. But if, for example, the buyer has yet to approve the change of ownership, it automatically cancelled after 7 days.
