Should the license plates of newly registered cars depend on the month in which they were registered (the car is delivered)?
No, cars that are pre-registered for the first 6 months of the year get an endletter of 1-5 and the second part gets a 6,7,8,9,or 0 as the end letter. Not directly linked to the month, just the first or second part of the year.
