I accidentally oversubmitted to the account of the Directorate of Immigration, can I get a refund?

Yes you can get a refund, if you deposited too much to the account of the Directorate of Immigration account.

You send us a message with the following information:

  • Your name and ID number/birth date.

  • Your bank account information in order to be refunded by the Directorate of Immigration.

  • Payment receipt stating who paid, why, how much and when.

  • Name and ID number/date of birth of the person paid for (if you did not pay for yourself).

  • Reason for refund.

If you have deposited to the Directorate of Immigration from a foreign bank account, the cost of the transfer is deducted from the amount.
