Can I get a receipt for payment?

If you apply electronically, the receipt immediately appears on the payer ID number (kennitala) on my pages on island.is.

If payment has been transferred, a receipt will appear in the same place, but it may take several days for the receipt to appear.

If you do not have an Icelandic ID (kennitala), you must contact us through the form of the request form found at the bottom of this page.
