What to do if we receive an invoice due to an inspection of a forklift that is not ours?
If the machine or equipment in question was previously registered under your ownership, you need to change the ownership for the relevant machine or equipment.
Ownership changes must be reported electronically on My pages at island.is, under Assets and then Machinery.
Both the buyer and the seller must confirm the notification using electronic ID after it has been submitted.
