Report a change of ownership of a work machine

Change of ownership for work machines must be reported to the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health. The seller initiates the process and the buyer has to accept within a week. The seller gets a refund if the registration is not accepted within a week.

When both parties have agreed to the registration, it is confirmed by the the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health.

Seller:

• presses the Apply button here above and registers the change of ownership

• pays the fee by card

Buyer:

• will receive an email/text message about the new registration

• logs into Island.is and accepts the registration
