The application deadline is the first working day in February each year.
It is possible to apply for all types of projects in the February application round. There is also a separate application deadline on the first working day in October for preparatory visits.
Schools can apply for funding for:
pupil and class exchanges
teacher and staff exchanges
preparatory visits
study visits
development projects
networks and long-term partnerships
Projects are carried out in cooperation between partners in two or more participating Nordplus countries.
The aim is to improve the quality of education at preschool, primary, and upper secondary levels through collaboration, innovative teaching methods, and the exchange of experience. Projects may also involve other partners, such as educational institutions, organisations in the field of education, and educational authorities.
Who can apply?
Preschools, primary and secondary schools and schools in arts and culture within the formal education system in the participating countries.
Individuals cannot apply for funding directly. To participate in Nordplus, applications must be submitted through your school.
