Estate

In estates, ownership is shown at the time of death. estates can be taken for public or private exchanges where a will is completed. estates are usually handled by the relevant county commissioner's office.

In order to find data on the estate of the deceased, you need to know the name of the deceased, the date of birth and the date of death. Also, in which municipality the person was last domiciled. It also matters whether the surviving spouse was in an unrelated estate and whether there was a public or private exchange.

If the estate was not settled soon after the death, it must be known when it was settled or have a case number if known. If you are looking for a prepaid inheritance, information must be available on when it was paid out.
