Application process

You fill out an application for assistance due to financial problems.

Advice on financial problems

To apply you must have the following:

  • electronic ID

  • phone number

  • e-mail address

Fill out the form as well as you can. You do not need to fill out all fields.

You need to confirm:

  • contact details, e-mail address and telephone number

  • that you have studied information on data collection

Documents

You do not need to submit any supporting documents with the application.

In consultation with you, the consultant will ask for the necessary data and information.

After submitting an application

You will receive:

  • e-mail with confirmation and a confidential number used in communications with the Debtors' Ombudsman by telephone and e-mail.

  • a telephone consultation from a consultant when it is time to process your application and decide on the continuation.

The counsellor does not obtain information and does not contact the claimant or others without his consent.
