Application for import of radioactive material
Annual renewal of license for the import and use of open radioactive sources
The following information shall accompany the application:
from importer: filled-out spreadsheet of the import of last calendar year
from user: filled-out spreadsheet of the use of last calendar year
This information must be received from importers before 1 March each year, and from users no later than 31 March.
License fees
Billing in accordance with the applicable tariff.
