We are currently looking for a Day Tour Guide to join our team,
focusing on Golden Circle, South Coast, Northern light other classic Iceland day tours.
This position is ideal for someone already based in Iceland with a solid understanding of
local tour operations and the ability to integrate smoothly into an existing guide team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver professional and engaging tour
Guide guests on Iceland day tours, introducing natural landscapes, history, and culture
Coordinate with drivers and operations team to ensure smooth daily execution
Assist guests with questions and on-tour needs, maintaining high service standards
Handle minor on-site issues calmly and responsibly

Requirements:

Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
Chinese language is an advantage
Currently living in Iceland
Familiar with Iceland’s major sightseeing routes and guiding workflow
Previous experience as a tour guide or in tourism-related roles
Reliable, well-organized, and comfortable with early departures and long tour days
Able to adapt quickly to existing tour formats and operational structure
Flexible with all kinds of shift times (weekends, night shifts for northern lights)
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)
Prior experience guiding or assisting Iceland day tours
Strong understanding of Chinese tourist expectations and communication style is an advantage
