Chinese–English Tour Guide Manager (Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and service oriented Tour Guide Manager with strong Chinese–English communication skills and solid experience in Icelandic tourism.

Key Requirements:
• Postgraduate education in tourism is an advantage (University of Iceland or equivalent preferred)
• Proven experience as a tour guide in Iceland
• Established customer/client network
• Driving licences: Valid Category B; Category D preferred
• Native Chinese speaker is preferred, or HSK Level 8 certificate for non native speakers
• Fluent in English; basic Icelandic is an advantage
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and familiarity with Icelandic tourism operations

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the guiding department
• Schedule, support, and supervise guides and drivers
• Ensure smooth communication across departments
• Maintain high service standards and resolve guest issues
• Support tour planning, logistics, and staff onboarding
• Contribute to improving tour quality and operational efficiency
