The Department of Endocrinology at Landspitali – The National University Hospital of Iceland is seeking a highly motivated specialist in endocrinology.

We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a team environment. Our Endocrinology Department is staffed by a skilled team of specialists working in a multidisciplinary setting, closely collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Position:
• Full-time (100%)
• Available immediately or as agreed upon

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clinical work in the endocrinology outpatient clinic
• Provision of endocrinology consultations
• Participation in the consultant endocrinology on-call rotation
• Contribution to general internal medicine services, as required
• Active involvement in teaching, supervision, and research activities

QUALIFICATIONS
• Medical license as a specialist in endocrinology
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to work in English and/or Icelandic in a professional healthcare environment

FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION AND APPLICATION:
A full-time position at the hospital is on offer. Salary according to the current collective agreement concluded by the Minister of Finance and the Economy and the Medical Association of Iceland.
