Fenris Creations, formerly CCP Games, is looking for an experienced Senior Producer with a deep passion for video games and game development.

You will be responsible for producing large cross team projects and managing a feature team within the project to deliver new features and content for the live game of EVE Online. This will require a high level of leadership, organizational skills, people skills, and cross project management as you will be working across multiple departments such as Development, Publishing and Shared Tech to deliver the final result to our players.

Your Tasks
Lead the production and project management duties for feature team and overarching project you are leading. Accountable for quality and timely delivery, responding to post release feedback, polish and feature follow up, as well as the team health throughout development.
Work alongside the Production Team and Head of Production to improve how we work as a department and EVE development team; processes, communication, ceremonies, templates, etc. Anything to work smarter, not harder!
Own the production plans for your team and projects. Responsible for creating clarity in what we are making, and how we are going to create it together.
Consistent and clear communication of project status, timelines, risks and mitigations to Production and Game Leadership.
Can identify, implement, and roll out improvements in our development process as a game team.
Able to mentor others in the Production discipline through direct mentorship and peer-to-peer influence.
Ensure the overall quality of the features delivered is up to our standards to deliver on goals.
Be the direct line manager to the multi-discipline members of your team responsible for performance and career growth.

Your Profile
1-3 years’ experience in a Senior or Lead Producer role with a minimum of 5 years’ total production and management experience.
Experience in the game industry with at least 1 shipped or live supported title required. Bonus points for experience working on a Live Operated game!
Strong understanding and ability in development practices, goal setting, decision making, and conveying the strategic relevance behind a project.
Natural team leadership qualities that can lead a team on a journey to create high quality gaming experience for the players of EVE Online.
Proven ability to effectively partner with cross-functional disciplines. Able to influence effectively where there is no direct authority.
Great passion for games; you love to play games and you understand games.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
