Fenris Creations, formerly CCP Games, is looking for an experienced Senior Art Producer with a deep passion for video games to lead the Art and Audio teams and deliver a quality product to our players!

You will be responsible for leading the Audio and Graphics Department, consisting of our in-game art and audio teams supporting EVE Online. This includes defining and driving projects owned by the department, alongside prioritizing and delivering on dependency requests from other teams within EVE Development. This will require a strong customer centric production background as well as a high level of leadership, organizational skills, people skills, and cross project management as you will be working across multiple departments such as Development, Publishing and Monetization to deliver the final result.

Your Tasks
Be accountable for the performance, quality, and health of the Audio & Graphics department for its projects and team members
Lead the production duties for your team including planning, prioritization, and focus, while delegating delivery of projects to production direct reports
Source of truth for the department; project prioritization, capacity planning, roadmaps, delivery dates, reporting
Line manager for art related disciplines, responsible for performance and career growth
Eliminate roadblocks in processes and people at a project, team and department level
Consistent and clear communication of project status, timeline, risks and mitigations to Leadership and Stakeholders

Your Profile
You are:
Able to manage departmental and team logistics of planning, executing, and budgeting among multiple projects
A creative individual with demonstrable leadership skills in both production and people management related techniques
A clear communicator of expectations and delivery to the teams you support and partner with
Have a customer centric mindset when acting as a support team to gameplay teams
Able to drive a project from opportunity through delivery to players
Fluent in English, verbal and written

You have:
2+ years production experience within the art or video game industry at a Senior or Lead Producer level; 5+ years Production experience
Experience with art pipelines, outsourcing, and leading projects/requests from start to finish
Demonstrable leadership skills to set and execute on team direction and standards
Ability to self-manage tasks in parallel to managing the work of others
Proven ability to effectively partner with cross-functional disciplines
Able to influence effectively where there is no direct authority
Great passion for games; you love to play and understand gaming!
