Hrein Snilld is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations across our commercial cleaning services, residential accounts, and central Reykjavík laundry unit.
The candidate will be responsible for operational management, quality control, staff scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations across residential, commercial cleaning, and laundry services.
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Design and maintain executive performance reports.
• Oversee team assignments, staff scheduling, and daily workflow.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and maintain strong client relations.

Requirements:
• Experience, minimum 3 years of operational, managerial, or supervisory experience in the service sector.

Education/Skills:
• Strong background in business administration, operations, or related fields.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, workforce management applications, and reporting software (knwoledge in Bussiness Intelligence tools is an advantage).

Languages:
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Knowledge of Icelandic or other languages (such as Spanish) is an advantage for staff communication.

Other:
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license.

Terms:
Salary: 600.000 ISK / month (Full-time, 40 hrs/week) + standard holiday and December bonuses according to collective agreement between SA and Efling.

Working hours: Full time position, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
