The contractor or the person in charge of the construction project, such as the contractor or the project manager, shall send a notification to the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health before the construction work or temporary construction work begins, in the case of a construction site where the work is planned to:
is working more than 30 working days and more than 20 employees are working at the same time
has more than 500 daily jobs
The notice shall be placed in a prominent place on the construction site.
