Payments

  • Payments are made in accordance with the amount of the grant awarded.

  • Applicants who are awarded a grant will receive an email outlining the terms and conditions of the grant. By replying to the email, the applicant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and the grant will be paid into the applicant's designated bank account.

Reporting

  • Please refer to the signed grant terms and conditions for detailed reporting requirements.

  • A final report must be submitted as soon as possible after the project has been completed, and no later than

    two months

    after the project end date specified in the grant terms and conditions.

  • An interim report must be submitted if a new application is submitted to the Fund before the final report for a previously awarded grant has been completed.

  • The user who submitted the application can access the project's reporting form through

    My Pages

    in the Rannís application system.

  • If necessary, the reporting form can be transferred to another user. Requests should be sent to the Fund's email address: ithrottasjodur@rannis.is.

  • The public project summary included in the final report will be published as part of the project's entry in the

    Rannís Project Database.
