Allocation and reporting
Payments
Payments are based on the amount of the grant.
Applicants who are awarded a grant will receive an email outlining the terms and conditions of the award.
By replying, the applicant is considered to have accepted the terms, and the grant will then be deposited into the applicant’s bank account.
Reports
See information in the signed terms of the grant.
In all cases, a final report must be submitted, and it is recommended that this be done as soon as possible after the project is completed, but no later than 3 months after the end date specified in the grant terms.
The user who submitted the application can access the project report form under “My Pages” on the Rannís website.
If necessary, the report form can be transferred to another user. Requests for this should be sent to the fund’s email address: ithrottasjodur@rannis.is.
If a grantee applies for a new project before the current project is completed, a progress report for the ongoing project must be submitted in order for the new application to be considered.
A description of the project’s implementation, for public release, will be published with the project’s entry on the Rannís data portal.
