Allocation and reporting

Payments

  • Payments are based on the amount of the grant.

  • Applicants who are awarded a grant will receive an email outlining the terms and conditions of the award.

  • By replying, the applicant is considered to have accepted the terms, and the grant will then be deposited into the applicant’s bank account.

Reports

  • See information in the signed terms of the grant.

  • In all cases, a final report must be submitted, and it is recommended that this be done as soon as possible after the project is completed, but no later than 3 months after the end date specified in the grant terms.

  • The user who submitted the application can access the project report form under “My Pages” on the Rannís website.

  • If necessary, the report form can be transferred to another user. Requests for this should be sent to the fund’s email address: ithrottasjodur@rannis.is.

  • If a grantee applies for a new project before the current project is completed, a progress report for the ongoing project must be submitted in order for the new application to be considered.

  • A description of the project’s implementation, for public release, will be published with the project’s entry on the Rannís data portal.
