Nordic Institute for Interoperability Solutions is launching a call for tenders for the development of the X-Road data communications solution.

All processes that drivers, driving instructors, and driving schools use through driving studies are now digital.

From 1 December, police will appeal against drivers who have not completed the required periodic training of a professional driver. They can expect fines. The project on electronic registrations has been running since 2020. Initially, emphasis was placed on mortgage registration, but now the weight of the task is to make it possible to register real estate transactions electronically. Such actions require the registration of multiple types of registrations in a single batch and therefore the analysis and deployment of a batch service was quickly identified. You can think of the batch service a bit like the plastic folder the real estate agent keeps around while you are finalizing a purchase agreement and financing for a real estate sale.

A Nordic point-of-sight conference was held from 25 - 26 October at the Blind Society's house in Hamrahlíð 17. Participants from Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden attended the conference, as well as several participants from Teams.
