The interdisciplinary exercise FAST FOOD 2024 was held by teleconference on April 30th. The purpose of the exercise was to increase the knowledge and understanding of the participants of the current procedures for investigating foodborne outbreaks, to uncover deficiencies, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
